Since 2010 · Mexico City

We started out exporting what Mexican small businesses make.

MexPyme began in 2010 taking products and crafts made by Mexican small businesses to the world. Today we coordinate customs, freight and compliance for companies that import and export.

Our story

Over a decade in foreign trade.

From exporting small-business products and crafts to sorting out the legal and regulatory side, and from there to coordinating the whole operation.

  1. 2010

    MexPyme is founded

A civil partnership that marketed and exported products and crafts made by Mexican small businesses. It already offered foreign trade and customs services, including importing products from China. Lic. Leticia Acosta Sánchez was already running it.

    Legal and regulatory focus

The work centers on legal and regulatory matters: exactly what usually holds goods up at customs.

    • Tariff classification
    • NOM standards
    • COFEPRIS (health regulator)
    • Importer registry (Padrón de Importadores)
    • Customs clearance
  3. 2025

MexPyme · International Business & Logistics

Adds international logistics to the regulatory side: freight, warehousing, insurance and tracking, coordinated as one single operation.

  • Clarity

We explain what is going on and what the next step is, without jargon. Costs and documents in plain sight.

  • Compliance

We review the tariff classification, NOM standards, permits and file before the goods move, not once they are already at customs.

  • Network of allies

Our value proposition

  • Negotiation Agreements that meet the client's real needs.

  • Execution Hands-on follow-up to handle the unexpected and get processes moving.

  • Competitiveness Review of origin, requirements and trade agreements that apply to the operation.

What we won’t promise you

  • Release times: those are decided by the customs authority.
  • Outcomes before the authorities that do not depend on us.

What we do

  • Review your case and tell you what is going on.
  • Explain your options and the next step.
  • Support you through every procedure, with a direct contact.
